Policies
Disruptive Behavior
- Persons behaving in a disruptive manner may be removed from any vehicle at the sole discretion of the Driver.
Children
- All children under the age 15 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian. (School formals exempt). Children under the age of 2 years must be seated in an approved child restraint when traveling in cars, limousines and vans. Restraints are available at extra cost.
Luggage
- The Company accepts no liability for lost or damaged luggage. Excessive luggage may need to be forwarded at the passengers expense.
- Australian Federal and State Government Regulations prohibit smoking and the conveyance or ingestion of illicit drugs in passenger carrying vehicles. Passengers under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs may not be permitted to enter the vehicle at the discretion of the driver. Consumption of Alcohol is only permitted on a vehicle where a Liquor Licence as been sough for and approved by the OGLC
- A Liquor Licence is a special circumstances licence as issued by the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner South Australia
- Where a Liquor Licence has been requested, clients must follow and adhere to the following guidelines:
- A fee of $80 is payable on request for a Liquor Licence. Additionally a $150 refundable Soiling Fee must accompany final payment. The Soiling Fee will refunded in cash at the driver/tour guides discretion pending the cleanliness of the vehicle at the conclusion of the journey.
- A copy of the Liquor Licence must be displayed in the designated vehicle at all times.
- The liquor Licence is limited to the consumption of alcohol on the designated vehicle only.
- Due to licencing regulations, BYO alcohol is not permitted at any winery and must therefore remain on board the vehicle.
- The driver/tour guide for the day is responsible for the safety and welfare of the vehicle and passengers and should they believe that alcohol consumption is excessive, they will exercise their right to prohibit further consumption of alcohol on the vehicle.
- The driver/tour guide has the authority to refuse passengers to enter wineries should they believe that the passenger is excessively intoxicated.
- The driver/tour guide reserves the right to refuse carriage of any person due to excessive alcohol consumption on any service and to remove any person from any vehicle for any reason or in the interest of other passengers.
General
- Considerable care has been taken to compile the information on this website, but circumstances may necessitate changes. All itineraries and prices are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
- Adelaide Luxury Tours reserves the right to alter or change accommodation or transport at any time for any reason.

Conditions of Travel
Adelaide Luxury Tours (referred to as ‘The Company’) is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry any person or their luggage without assigning a reason.
- The Company, and or their agents, will not be liable for any accident, injury or death of any passenger, nor loss or damage to personal effects or luggage, irrespective of the condition from which such accident, injury, death, loss or damage may have arisen.
- The Company, and or its agents, will not be responsible for any inconvenience, or loss occasioned to delays to travel and additional cost of accommodation, transport, and associated expenses and this includes adverse weather.
- The Company, and or its agents, reserve the right to refuse carriage of any person on any service and to remove any person from any vehicle for any reason or in the interest of other passengers.
- The Company, and or its agents, reserve the right to substitute vehicles for any reason when and if required.
- A reasonable standard of clean clothing and footware is required.
- No guarantee, express or implied attached to any motor vehicle owned by, leased by, or operated for the company, nor can the operator or its agents accept liability for any loss, delay, cancellation of service, death or irregularity that may occur to be occasioned by any cause whatsoever and it is expressly agreed that all bookings be made and accepted under these stipulations and conditions.
- Meals, refreshments or accommodation (unless stated in itinerary) are not provided by the company, although stopovers en route will be provided.
- All refunds are processed as per the company’s cancellation and refund policy.
- For safety reasons certain goods or articles cannot be carried, such as weapons, explosive goods and flammable items.
Payment Options
- Payment can be made by Credit Card, Bank Cheque, Money Order or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
- Quotes are valid for 30 days only.
- Deposit of $100 is payable within 30 days of making booking to secure service.
- Full payment is required 14 days before the event or the deposit paid may be forfeited and the booking may be cancelled.
- Where bookings are made less than 14 days prior to the event, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Full payment confirms the booking and confirms that the client abides by all terms and conditions as set out on this website and tour itineraries.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- Fees for Liquor Licence and any additional fees or charges pre-paid by the Company on the clients behalf are non-refundable.
- A $50 administration fee applies if a booking is cancelled prior to full payment being received.
- 50% of all payments will be retained by the Company if a booking is cancelled 14 - 30 days prior to the event.
- Full amount of all payments will be retained by the Company if a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event.
